James Hayes
James was exposed to the benefits of Chiropractic from a young age. Suffering from multiple shoulder and back injuries as a result of competing in multiple sports, he was able to return to the field pain free and at peak performance with the help of chiropractic care.
Being fascinated with human anatomy and biomechanics, he completed a Masters degree in Chiropractic so he could turn his passion into a career. He provides relief to members of the community struggling with neck and back pain, headaches and sports injuries.
James regularly posts on the Dee Why Chiropractic Care Instagram page with health and exercises tips. He also posts examples of treatment techniques used in our clinic to give new patients an insight on what to expect on their first visit and put their mind at ease.
Chiropractic and physical therapy is forever evolving and James keeps up to date with the current evidence based research by reviewing chiropractic journal articles and attending seminars regularly, so he can provide the newest and best care for his patients.

Long term benefits.
“The most effective treatment begins with an accurate diagnosis of the exact cause of the pain. Once the source of the pain is identified, I explain to you what structures are damaged, what needs to be done and how to stop the pain from returning.”
Long term benefits.
The foundation to getting the best results for you is taking the time to do a thorough case history and examination (functional/orthopedic/neurological). We want to identify exactly what is injured and why it has happened.
Each treatment is specific to your condition; in other words – no blanket treatments. The best treatment is one that has long-term benefits.
James wants to get you feeling at your best as fast as possible and for that reason he addresses not only the symptoms but also the cause. Once pain free James encourages you to implement strategies into your lifestyle to keep you out of pain and healthy.
